The Gun Zone is pleased to offer a wide range of fingerprint services through IdentoGO.  To make an appointment for fingerprints or background checks, you MUST make an appointment through the IdentoGO website. 

WALK-IN customers are allowed for fingerprint services as long as they have an appointment in the system for a future day or time.  For example, you may have an appointment for a future date or time, but you can walk in earlier than that appointment to have your fingerprints completed. 

REMEMBER--YOU MUST COMPLETE YOUR ONLINE APPLICATION BEFORE MAKING YOUR APPOINTMENT FOR FINGERPRINTING.
After completing the online application for your Texas License to Carry, to make your fingerprint appointment, follow these easy directions:

1. For a license to carry, when asked for a SERVICE CODE, please enter 119Q91. If you are making an appointment for any other reason, you should use the service code provided for that purpose.  
2. Click on the IdentoGO link that follows:   https://uenroll.identogo.com 
3. When asked for a city to search, enter "Mesquite, Texas."  The Gun Zone is currently the ONLY location in Mesquite, Texas.  
4. Look for: IdentoGO,  2405 IH 30, Mesquite, Texas  (that will be The Gun Zone).  
5. Select that address and then finish the appointment.
6. When you come for your fingerprint appointment, make certain you bring the form of photo identification you selected when making the appointment.  This must match.
